If some events in from our past come back to our mind regularly, we might have trauma from it. Trauma can affect our life negatively. We can easy our pain by processing those events in our minds.
We have to be able to process those negative events from our past truthfully. And we have to go them through in our minds without exaggerating or underestimating anything. It’s recommended to go through those incidents from the point of view of every person involved.
Everyone should be able to admit the things that happened as they were. Nothing has to be settled, understood or forgiven if one doesn’t want to do so. The most important thing is to go through one’s trauma and the related incidents inside of one’s mind.
This way the guilty conscience and the feelings of guilt can be alleviated. The issues can be sorted even further by talking face to face or via thoughts with the people involved.
